ENGIE, the France-based global energy company, needed a better way to support employee career development and bring more stakeholders into HR processes. To address this challenge, ENGIE worked with Rasa and its implementation partner metriq to create a conversational assistant that could deliver relevant career and talent information across the organization, including inside Microsoft Teams.
Rasa helped enable role-based permissions and custom channel integration, while metriq built secure on-premise workflows and automations that complied with GDPR and unlocked HR data for broader use. The result was a much faster career evolution process: ENGIE reduced candidate recruitment time from 6 months to 2, significantly improving communication between HR and other stakeholders.
