Camp Chef, a leading manufacturer of outdoor cooking equipment founded in 1990, sought to boost brand awareness in Fall 2020 while tightening their budget and growing their female consumer audience. Although the brand had seen solid results historically, they wanted to increase site traffic and attract more women to their product lineup.

Working with Rakuten Advertising, Camp Chef ran a five-month Pinterest campaign with ongoing creative optimization. The effort drove a 420% lift in impressions and a 2,233% increase in clicks, cut CPC by 82%, and grew their female audience by 13% (with 96% of female visitors being new), while improving awareness, consideration, and delivering steady conversions.
