ServiceNow, a company that hosts hundreds of online and offline events worldwide, needed a way to deliver a strong attendee experience for its Now at Work roadshow across 11 cities and 8 countries. With no approval to use a third-party mobile app provider, ServiceNow turned to RainFocus to help create an alternative mobile experience for attendees.

RainFocus used its native content widget to power a mobile solution directly through the event website, giving attendees access to the session catalog, personal agendas, messages, and more. With custom branding, translations, and RainFocus data tools, ServiceNow created a personalized global experience and unified reporting across events, reaching 25,000 attendees and eliminating the need to integrate multiple vendors for the same data points.
