Primark, the fast-fashion retailer, had a careers site that was underperforming and no longer met candidate expectations. Its content was generic, search was weak, the design was poor, and the mobile experience was inadequate, creating a challenge as the company expanded across Europe and America. Radancy was brought in to improve the candidate experience and support Primark’s growing recruitment needs.
Radancy created 13 global career site experiences in nine languages, tailored by location, role, and candidate interests, and also introduced advanced job descriptions to help retail candidates self-select out. It launched targeted buying and merchandising campaigns and built a Candidate Zone to support returning applicants with assessment and interview information. The results included 112M completed applications, 67M annual visits, 3.8M apply clicks, 6.1M organic traffic, and improved SEO visibility.
