PG&E worked with Radancy to address a gap between how employees felt about the company and how it was perceived by external candidates. The utility wanted to define its employee value proposition, strengthen its employer brand, and improve its online candidate experience to attract more talent in Technology and Finance across California.
Radancy interviewed executives, recruiters, and employees to uncover the true employee experience and then built a new employer brand platform, “Let’s Make It Possible,” supported by creative concepts and a refreshed career site. The new site helped candidates explore the culture, learn more about roles, search jobs, and join talent communities, driving measurable gains including a 700% increase in traffic and a 227% increase in organic traffic.
