DNB, the Dutch central bank, needed to move beyond a primarily job-branding approach and build a stronger employer brand to tell a more compelling story about its work and the people behind it, especially in a tight labor market. Radancy was selected after an extensive pitch to help DNB position itself not just as an institution, but as an attractive workplace with a clear social purpose.
Radancy created an employer branding campaign centered on real DNB employees, interviewing, photographing, and filming 13 specialists across fields like financial risk management, data analysis, policy, and statistics. The team also delivered a fully renewed careers website, creative concept, copy, design, and web development, plus a launch day to build internal pride; the campaign rolled out in August 2019 through a branding commercial and targeted online/offline communications, helping transform DNB from abstract “bank of banks” to a more concrete, people-focused employer.
