QuickBase Delivers Effective Project Management for jetBlue

JetBlue, a growing New York–based airline, expanded its IT organization to support rapid business growth but found project management fragmented and manual. Inconsistent, decentralized processes, no central repository for project changes, slow status reporting, and limited collaboration with external partners created IT bottlenecks and diminished visibility into how resources were being spent.

JetBlue implemented Intuit QuickBase’s Project Manager Plus and related apps—seven applications and two prototypes deployed in three months—creating a centralized, web-based home for projects, weekly status reporting, and a change log. The customizable system (used by ~80 IT and business managers and external partners) enabled self-service reporting, removed reliance on Word/email/spreadsheets, eased IT bottlenecks, improved collaboration, and drove rapid, widespread user adoption.
