The Adecco Group, a Fortune Global 500 HR services leader with ~32,000 employees and 5,500+ offices worldwide, needed a reliable way to maintain open, global communication with hundreds of thousands of clients and associates to track evolving needs. To run a large-scale, multilingual and segmented feedback program, Adecco chose the QuestionPro survey platform in early 2008.

Using QuestionPro, Adecco launched its first global survey by July 2008, reaching over 400,000 respondents across multiple continents in 15 languages with distinct client and employee segments. The program uncovered unit-level strengths and weaknesses, helped prioritize satisfaction-driven actions, assessed brand positioning versus competitors, supported acquisition and retention efforts, and became a biannual (March and September) feedback process for continuous improvement.
