NISA, an emerging U.S. professional men’s soccer league, needed a way to win fans’ hearts and collect insight across the entire fan journey—not just from ticket buyers. The league’s challenge was to increase engagement and gather actionable feedback from in-venue and at-home supporters, sponsors and other stakeholders to understand expectations and improve the overall fan experience.
Using QuestionPro CX, NISA launched a QR-enabled “Man of the Match” live voting experience plus NPS+ surveys, real-time broadcast integration, data cleansing and analytics. The initiative captured contact data, broadened global fan participation, and produced actionable insights—36% of fans plan to attend more matches, demand for more live polling and streaming was identified, and new sponsorship opportunities (e.g., Automotive, Lending) and stadium improvements were highlighted to guide league growth.
