How is Audi enhancing their green initiative with QuestionPro surveys

Audi Volkswagen Middle East (AVME), the regional head office for Audi & Volkswagen across more than eight Middle East countries, wanted to align its after‑sales customer experience program with environmental conservation while also improving survey engagement. The challenge was to gather high‑quality customer insights without compromising the company’s sustainability commitments.

AVME implemented QuestionPro CX with an automated Tree-Nation integration so each completed survey could trigger a tree planting, making participation simple and meaningful. By July 25, 2023 the program had planted 2,517 trees, reforested 1.8 hectares and captured 453.59 tonnes of CO2, while boosting survey completion rates and strengthening AVME’s CSR reputation.
