The American Cancer Society (ACS) faced the challenge of gathering data from its large Cancer Prevention Study-3 cohort only once every three years through lengthy 12-20 page surveys. To collect insights more frequently and in a timelier manner to advance its cancer research, ACS partnered with vendor QuestionPro and its Communities product to implement an online participant portal.
QuestionPro provided the solution by enabling ACS to launch a pilot portal for more frequent and shorter engagements. This allowed ACS to conduct brief monthly surveys and interactive data collection activities, significantly increasing touchpoints with participants. The implementation by QuestionPro empowered ACS to gather critical insights with greater speed and accuracy to further its research goals.
