Case Study: Entel achieves predictive hiring and improved workforce performance with Questionmark

A Questionmark Case Study

Preview of the Entel Case Study

Predicting Success at Entel Begins with Trustworthy Assessment Results

Entel, one of Chile’s largest telecommunications firms with over 12,000 people and more than 6,000 retail and call-center representatives, needed a way to predict and improve on-the-job performance amid high turnover. To make hiring, onboarding and training more reliable, Entel chose Questionmark and its Questionmark OnDemand platform to build a defensible certification program tied to job-task benchmarks and performance data.

Questionmark OnDemand was used to author secure, proctored certification exams (including multimedia competency items), integrate assessment results with SAP SuccessFactors, and require certification for new hires, an early follow-up test, and annual recertification. Entel’s analysis showed certification was a major predictor of future success, helping the company improve hiring and onboarding predictability, monitor ongoing skills, and provide trustworthy data for continuous program refinement.
