Scania, a global corporation operating in several countries, wanted a better way to run regular organizational and social surveys to support “The Scania Way,” meet workplace requirements, and improve employee engagement. With QuestBack, Scania used a customizable survey solution to gather anonymous feedback from around 16,000 employees and identify areas for improvement in the working environment.
QuestBack implemented a digital, decentralized survey process that let managers launch surveys at the right time while protecting participant privacy through advanced rules and workflows. As a result, Scania could process surveys far more efficiently than before, moving from a resource-heavy yearly effort to a more flexible approach that saves time and enables faster action on employee feedback.
