The traditional survey was infrequent, hard to drill into site-specific issues and often left managers unsure how to act on high-level results.
Using Questback’s Enterprise Feedback Platform, Danfoss piloted “HY‑Five” — a five‑minute, Danfoss‑branded pulse survey with five closed questions, dynamic open follow-ups, mobile access and real-time dashboards across 500 employees at four sites. The pilot delivered a 77% response rate, 1,751 open comments, 98% positive usability feedback and a 25% increase in follow-up programs, enabling faster, site-specific action and a growing culture of continuous feedback.
