FHF, the Norwegian government-owned organization supporting the fishing and aquaculture industries, needed a better way to prove the value of its research investments and show clear, measurable returns to the companies funding it. With multiple projects spanning sustainability, exports, technology, and production efficiency, FHF needed a central tool to track whether initiatives were relevant and worthwhile.
QuestBack provided the questionnaire platform FHF used to gather feedback from industry reference groups and measure how stakeholders viewed each project. With QuestBack, FHF could demonstrate the impact of its work and justify the roughly 300 million NOK annual investment, helping show investors that the projects created valuable returns.
