Decision Technology (Dectech) is a behavioral research consultancy that runs randomized field trials and online experiments to understand customer decision‑making. Its bespoke experiments were labor‑intensive, slow and costly to build and test, constraining the company’s ability to scale and grow.

Dectech partnered with Questback and adopted its Enterprise Feedback Suite to build, deploy and export experiments with multi‑language and responsive/mobile support. This halved coding and testing time (from 4–6 weeks to 2–3), enabled over 100 projects and about 180,000 annual completions, and allowed new services (tablet face‑to‑face and international studies), driving faster, cheaper growth.
