Valet Living, a professional services company, wanted to improve career growth and internal mobility while replacing its outdated annual performance reviews with a more future-focused talent development approach. Using Quantum Workplace’s performance management platform and succession planning tools, the company set out to create clearer career paths, identify readiness for advancement, and better support employee development.

Quantum Workplace helped Valet Living launch its “Aspire” program, which introduced monthly 1-on-1 coaching conversations, succession planning insights, and reporting to spot talent gaps and development needs. The results were strong: 65% of associates worked with managers to set career goals, 103 employees were promoted or moved into new roles, and open positions were filled nine days faster on average.
