Quantum Workplace helped Seacoast Bank implement a continuous listening strategy using annual, lifecycle, and pulse surveys, plus manager 1-on-1s and action planning tools. As a result, Seacoast reached 95% survey participation, gained a stronger pulse on employee sentiment, and saw positive impact in key areas like turnover, employee development, and promotion rates in some teams.
