With Quantum Workplace, Scooter’s Coffee rolled out custom 1-on-1 templates, expanded peer recognition, and used surveys to gather actionable feedback from employees. The company achieved a 93.4% engagement survey participation rate and used the insights to identify at-risk employees, reduce burnout and turnover risk, and better track communication, goal setting, and recognition across teams.
