Cardon adopted Quantum Workplace’s Recognition—a branded, peer-to-peer, public platform with custom value-aligned badges, profile photos, image/video posts, likes/comments, and ADP integration—and employees quickly embraced it. The program generated 109 recognition posts in the first 24 hours and now averages about 300 posts per month, with roughly 1,400 likes and 425 comments per month, delivering fast adoption and visible, values-driven appreciation across the company.
