Quantum Workplace helped ODW Logistics implement engagement surveys, pulse surveys, text and sentiment analytics, and action-planning tools to guide career development, recognition, benefits, and communication initiatives. The result was record-low voluntary turnover, with Q1 2023 turnover dropping to 14.33% from 31.67% in Q1 2021 and 51% in Q1 2022, far below the 45% industry benchmark.
