Aspire Public Schools is a 44-school charter management organization focused on increasing academic access for underserved students. With half its workforce in non-teaching roles, Aspire faced growing disengagement as non-teaching staff felt unseen and unclear about how they fit into the organization’s goals, prompting a need for a platform that could foster relational culture, transparency, and consistent manager–employee conversations.

Aspire deployed Quantum Workplace’s engagement software—introducing peer recognition boards, a mix of HR- and employee-initiated one-on-ones with customizable templates, and goal-management tools—to drive performance and alignment. The rollout generated strong employee feedback about improved visibility and transparency around goals and performance while preserving privacy for sensitive items, helping teams align more closely with organizational priorities.
