Nebraska Families Collaborative Brings Its Workplace Family Closer Together With All-In-One Feedback Platform

Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC) is a 251–500 employee nonprofit formed in 2009 to support at‑risk children and families across eastern Nebraska. To ensure it could provide high‑quality care, NFC needed a streamlined way to measure and improve internal employee engagement, manage performance conversations, and better understand and reduce turnover so its “workplace family” could thrive.

NFC implemented Quantum Workplace’s all‑in‑one engagement, recognition, one‑on‑one, and exit survey platform—adding a comprehensive engagement survey, an online peer recognition board, HR and employee‑initiated one‑on‑ones, and social exit surveys. The result: an 11% increase in job satisfaction, about 276 recognitions per month, 550+ one‑on‑one performance conversations per year, and a 90% exit survey success rate.
