Improves Employee Retention, Tracks Growth and Goals with Engagement Surveys and Pulse

Mutual of Omaha, a large insurance company, needed better employee insights to improve engagement, retention, and growth across the employee lifecycle. They turned to Quantum Workplace and its engagement surveys and Pulse tools to help identify issues, measure culture, and understand evolving needs, including hybrid work preferences and goal tracking.

Quantum Workplace helped Mutual of Omaha gather feedback at key moments from onboarding to exit, and use it to shape employee experience initiatives and learning goals. The results were strong: favorability rose across all employee levels, including a 22% increase among Senior Vice Presidents, 93% of associates reported progress on their learning and growth plans, and the company saw a 2+ point increase in its overall Engagement Index, with 35 of 36 survey items improving in favorability.
