They implemented Quantum Workplace’s engagement, pulse, and lifecycle surveys—giving leaders dashboard access, accountability for action plans, and the ability to add custom demographics like “Talent Potential Status.” Pulse surveys and QR/kiosk access eased feedback during acquisitions and on the plant floor, while new-hire and exit surveys drove training, workload, and compensation improvements. The program achieved 85%+ response rates and delivered measurable gains: a 44.7 percentage-point increase on the annual engagement survey and a 9.7-point lift on a 30-day new-hire training metric, plus clearer insight to reduce regrettable turnover.
