Global Telecommunications Company, a telecommunications organization, wanted to strengthen manager performance by collecting more insightful, confidential feedback from direct reports. Using Quantum Workplace’s flexible Feedback tools, the company aimed to make feedback easier to gather and more useful for performance development.

Quantum Workplace helped the company launch midyear and end-of-year feedback cycles with targeted and open-ended questions, automatic invitations, and support from an Insights Analyst. The result was broad participation at scale: more than 9,600 managers received feedback from over 54,000 direct reports in the 2022 midyear cycle, with an average of at least six direct reports per manager. The company also used Quantum Workplace analytics to track trends and support continuous growth, helping improve coaching, remove barriers, and build higher-performing teams.
