Frontline Education wanted to strengthen employee engagement and build a culture rooted in authentic core values while also improving retention. To support this effort, Frontline Education used Quantum Workplace’s employee survey and reporting tools to better understand employee feedback, needs, and aspirations across the organization.
Quantum Workplace helped Frontline Education turn those insights into a company-wide engagement strategy called Frontline LIFT, focused on learning and recognition, inclusion and belonging, fitness and well-being, and talent development. The results included a 50% reduction in employee turnover, a 66% decrease in open requisitions, and a 14% increase in the engagement survey index.
