A Quantum Workplace Case Study
Haskell Construction, a 501–1,000-employee design-build firm founded in 1965, wanted to turn employee survey data into actionable improvements. Although already recognized as a Best Places to Work, Haskell needed a way to share results with unit managers and ensure managers understood and acted on the feedback.
Using Quantum Workplace’s continuous survey and communication tools, Haskell delivered company-wide and unit-level results, provided managers with targeted feedback and action plans, and identified gaps tied to company goals. The initiatives drove measurable business impact: revenue increased 7%, sales rose 18.8%, and the funding factor (bonus pool) grew 3.2%.
