BentallGreenOak (BGO), a real estate and investments company, wanted to strengthen its DE&I strategy by embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everyday people processes rather than treating it as a standalone initiative. Quantum Workplace helped BGO centralize feedback, performance, goals, mentorship, and talent review workflows on its platform, giving leaders better visibility into employee sentiment, development needs, and diversity metrics. The results included a global mentorship program with 77% of mentees from under-represented groups, improved manager feedback practices, and stronger data-driven decisions for succession planning, performance reviews, and inclusive leadership development.
