The initiatives drove measurable impact: highly engaged employees rose by 11 percentage points, manager effectiveness and communication improved by 5.1 and 11.2 points respectively, trust in senior leadership and awareness of change increased, and the business saw a 58% year‑over‑year rise in Zelle transaction volumes.
