Hudl, a sports-tech leader serving more than 114,000 teams and 3.5 million users with a 450-person workforce, prides itself on a culture of candid, real-time feedback called #RealTalk. As Hudl grew rapidly, a patchwork of free tools failed to scale, making performance management unmanageable for HR and creating a poor employee experience — they needed a simple, scalable solution that preserved frequent, honest feedback.

Hudl implemented Quantum Workplace’s three-part performance system — an online peer recognition board, a mix of HR- and employee-initiated one-on-ones and 360s, easy-to-use tech for 450 users, streamlined templates, and BambooHR integration. The new platform enabled continuous feedback in place of annual reviews and drove high engagement: roughly 333 one-on-ones per month, 100 recognitions per month, and 450+ feedback sessions per year, while reducing HR administrative load and scaling globally.
