Concur Technologies is a global leader in travel and expense management, processing 25 million users and about 10% of the world’s T&E spending, with roughly 5,000 employees. Its diverse, fast-changing culture made it difficult to understand employee engagement holistically — Concur needed to aggregate, dissect, and analyze survey data across the entire employee lifecycle and link that data to performance and organizational change.

Partnering with Quantum Workplace, Concur implemented lifecycle feedback (new-hire, annual engagement, and exit surveys) in a single tool and added causal analytics.
