CORT worked with Quantum Workplace to strengthen employee engagement, manager effectiveness, and safety across the organization. Using Quantum Workplace’s listening and survey tools, CORT faced the challenge of capturing feedback across the full employee lifecycle and turning it into action on communication, change readiness, and leadership development.

Quantum Workplace helped CORT implement a multi-pronged employee listening strategy, including engagement, pulse, new hire, exit, benefits, and training surveys, plus analytics and reporting to guide action planning. The result was a broader leadership and safety program for CORT, including a 12-month Leadership Essentials journey, monthly Leadership Academy sessions, and embedded safety training; the case study highlights improved team alignment and measurable engagement progress over time through surveys in 2023 and 2025.
