Farm Credit Services of America, a financial services organization in Nebraska, was looking to strengthen employee engagement after its 2019 and 2020 survey results revealed opportunities to improve listening, follow-through, and communication. With Quantum Workplace, Farm Credit Services of America implemented commitment planning tools, requiring leaders to create and track post-survey action plans, while also launching a more intentional communication strategy to keep employees informed. The approach drove accountability and measurable results: leaders entered 275 commitments in 2021, up from 87 in 2019, and the company saw gains on key survey items such as action plans addressing survey issues (+5%) and noticing positive change from the last survey (+6%), along with stronger overall engagement despite national declines.
