Quantum Workplace helped Bethpage turn employee feedback into targeted action plans and communication strategies, including a multi-year compensation study and expanded DEI initiatives like an advisory council, education programs, and “B Inclusive” flex days. As a result, perceptions of fair pay improved by 28% over two years, and employees’ likelihood to recommend Bethpage as a great place to work increased by more than 6%.
