Case Study: Goldman Sachs achieves breakthrough employee experience with Qualtrics

A Qualtrics Case Study

Preview of the Goldman Sachs Case Study

With Qualtrics, we know what our people value most

Goldman Sachs wanted to improve employee experience at one of the world’s biggest banks, but needed a better way to understand what employees valued most in their benefits and leadership. Working with Qualtrics, the company moved beyond anecdotal feedback and benchmarking to uncover clearer insights into employee priorities, including family and wellness support and manager effectiveness.

Qualtrics helped Goldman Sachs run a conjoint study and impact/driver analysis to guide decisions on benefits and leadership development. The results led to four new or expanded benefits, including elder and family care leave, adoption stipends, fertility treatment support, and a new paternity leave policy widely praised as “the most generous parental leave policy on Wall Street.” Qualtrics also helped Goldman Sachs identify the management behaviors most linked to engagement, informing leadership training and improving the employee experience.
