Using Qualtrics Site Intercept, Viceroy created and launched targeted, no-code campaigns (geo-targeted offers, search-term–based promotions, and redirects for newly branded properties). They can publish new content in about 30 minutes, capture real-time web feedback, and have seen increased guest engagement and higher satisfaction among hotels with individualized campaigns.
