Qualtrics helped Transport for NSW run listening programs at scale with real-time, device-friendly feedback collection, integrated qualitative and quantitative data, and role-specific dashboards for leaders and managers. This gave the department a complete view of employee experience, improved the ability to update pulse checks quickly, and helped identify actions to support leader effectiveness and people managers, driving faster and more confident decisions.
