Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) is the Netherlands' largest and oldest public technical university. To broaden its reach it offers free online courses in addition to its traditional curriculum, but needed better, actionable insight into how those courses were performing to guide improvements.

By implementing Qualtrics XM to gather and analyze learner feedback, TU Delft gained clearer visibility into course effectiveness and learner experience. That increased insight has enabled data-driven course redesigns and ongoing improvement of course offerings, according to Project Manager Jan‑Paul Van Staalduinen.
