With 30,000 employees across five countries, Sagility needed a single platform to capture feedback from onboarding through exit and turn it into actionable insights, while addressing issues that varied by location.

Using Qualtrics’ Voice of Employee programs and AI-powered employee experience platform, Sagility built a holistic view of employee sentiment and enabled leaders to act faster on improvement areas. The results included changes to hybrid working policies, faster resolution of technical issues, and stronger handling of organizational change concerns, helping Sagility deliver higher-quality service and achieve customer NPS as high as +80.
