Olam, the global food and agri-business company operating in more than 60 countries, wanted greater autonomy over its employee engagement program and a better way to improve experiences across the employee lifecycle. To do this, Olam selected Qualtrics EmployeeXM to gather insights from onboarding, exit interviews, and learning and development, while giving managers clearer visibility into workforce issues.

With Qualtrics, Olam enabled real-time dashboards, trend analysis, and segmentation by region, role, and demographics, helping leaders take faster, more targeted action. The impact was quicker decision-making at scale, including identifying and responding to employee needs during COVID-19, and Olam also plans to integrate Qualtrics with SAP SuccessFactors to streamline onboarding.
