OCHD reaches more communities, improves care delivery

Ocean County Health Department, with only 40 team members supporting about 30,000 families in an early childhood development program, struggled to give each family enough attention. Using Qualtrics, OCHD needed a better way to automate parts of the program and collect feedback from diverse and hard-to-reach populations.

Qualtrics implemented an intuitive system that automated elements of the workflow and improved family outreach. As a result, Ocean County Health Department was able to free up staff time, receive more thorough feedback from a broader range of families, and identify children who may need developmental intervention—helping the team deliver care more efficiently and effectively.
