A Qualtrics Case Study
Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, one of the largest pediatric health systems in the U.S., operates the federally funded Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) to strengthen multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) that investigate and treat child sexual abuse. The CAC needed to better understand training and education needs, perform more robust survey analysis, and expand the depth of research with a wider variety of survey questions to deliver cost‑effective, tech‑driven training.
By adopting Qualtrics Research Suite, the CAC now runs annual assessments of medical exam practices and organizational capacity, evaluates webinar training opportunities, and captures post‑case feedback through myCasereview and myQIportal. This approach reduced analysis time with instant statistics and advanced analytics, improved insight into professional needs for ongoing program development, and helped better inform and connect professionals serving children affected by abuse.
