A Qualtrics Case Study
Kroger partnered with Qualtrics to build a year-round employee listening program and better understand challenges across the employee journey. As the pandemic began, Kroger needed a fast way to gather feedback on safety, support, communication, vaccine sentiment, and other evolving workforce concerns, while also strengthening its approach to DEI and employee well-being.
Qualtrics enabled Kroger to run large-scale surveys and pulse checks, turning employee input into real action. The insights led to more than 30 policy and process changes in the first six months of the pandemic, a $100 vaccination incentive, and the launch of Kroger’s Framework for Action: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan. Qualtrics also helped Kroger improve manager support and focus more intentionally on mental health and workplace resources.
