A Qualtrics Case Study
The Kellogg Company, a global leader in cereals and snacks with $14.2 billion in 2012 sales, needed a faster, more flexible way to deliver 360-degree feedback. Its off-the-shelf assessment tools were slow, inflexible and required costly vendor customization and report generation, limiting timely, actionable development for employees.
Kellogg deployed Qualtrics 360 to create easily customized, branded assessment forms and reports, integrate in-house competencies, and include interpretive recommendations for managers and employees. After piloting assessments with the top 150 leaders and HR, the platform was rolled out to the global workforce of 30,000 — reducing administration time by 95%, eliminating third-party customization costs, enabling report creation in hours instead of weeks, and supporting Kellogg’s “Grow With Us” development commitment.
