The company needed faster product research and better insight to identify customer experience gaps, design more personalized experiences, and support new product development across the customer lifecycle.
Using Qualtrics, Telenor’s in-house research team took ownership of research and conducted sophisticated studies more quickly. As a result, product research that once took 4–8 weeks now delivers insight in about a third of the time, helping Telenor act faster to fix issues and launch better experiences.
