UPS, one of the world’s largest shipping and logistics companies with more than 534,000 employees globally, wanted to strengthen its diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and better understand how employees across the organization were experiencing the workplace. To do that, UPS turned to Qualtrics to help listen to every voice and reduce friction in the employee experience.
Using Qualtrics, UPS launched comprehensive quarterly and annual DEI surveys to gather feedback on areas like psychological safety, emotional well-being, and workplace needs. The insights were reviewed by DEI councils to guide action, helping UPS improve its employee experience at scale and giving the company a more effective way to identify and respond to issues across its global workforce.
