With Qualtrics, Allianz uses NPS feedback and Text iQ to understand what affects candidate sentiment and improve the hiring journey. The insights led to a faster application process, cutting the form from 50 fields to 6 so candidates can start in about 30 seconds, and helped Allianz promote more personal rejection notes.
