Foremost Insurance Group, part of the Farmers Insurance family and a specialty personal-lines insurer since 1952, needed an independent agent portal that required no training, along with robust usability testing. Their existing survey tools lacked heat-map and hot-spot functionality, limiting their ability to track where and how agents searched for information.
By adopting the Qualtrics Research Suite, Foremost deployed heat-map and hot-spot surveys and gathered quantitative feedback from 1,000 agents, reducing reliance on time-consuming in‑person qualitative research and planning CRM integration to tie survey data to sales. The effort produced executive-ready reports in hours, lowered qualitative research costs, informed website improvements, and enabled similar testing for ad concept optimization.
