A Qualtrics Case Study
Zoetis turned to Qualtrics to help address growing pressure on veterinary practices, where rising demand, workforce shortages, and intense emotional stress were affecting both care access and team wellbeing. Many practices also lacked a formal employee experience program, making it difficult to gather and act on staff feedback.
To support veterinarians, Zoetis convened a coalition and launched a pilot giving 120 veterinary practices access to the Qualtrics for Employee Experience platform. With Qualtrics, the initiative aimed to provide Voice of Employee insights that could help practices identify stress points and build a healthier, more sustainable work environment.
